How do I open a trade account?
Simply visit our wholesale portal and complete the registration form. Our team will review your application within 24 hours.
What are the immediate payment terms?
Our default contract is immediate payment. For orders over £150, we require a stock availability check before issuing a payment request.
Do you offer credit arrangements?
Yes, we offer credit terms for approved customers. Please note that credit checks are required before a credit account is established.
What is the NIBBO retail price?
Our standard retail price for a 75g NIBBO bag is £3.00, including all applicable VAT. This is the price available to all retail partners.
How do I apply for a retail trial?
Submit your application via the portal. We offer a 28-day trial for four of our core flavours at a settlement price of £1.28 per bag.
What is your manufacturing capacity?
Northwold Foods Ltd is a clean, organized manufacturer focused on food safety and consistency. We are capable of scaling production to meet your requirements.
Do you offer custom case quantities?
Yes, we support 12-bag cases as our standard trade configuration. We can also accommodate 30g lunchbox packs and other custom case sizes.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can also view your order history and invoices in your account.
